Job Requirements and DutiesYou must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
AdvancementMany team members began as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino’s franchise owners. Roles may include delivery driver, management, general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.

Qualifications- General job duties for all store team members
- Operate equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Training Orientation and on-the-job training
- Communication Skills
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions - Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person
- Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination to perform precise movements with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F and above in some areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work areas and outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Talking and hearing on the telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing: most tasks are performed standing
- Walking: short distances for short durations
- Sitting: paperwork may be completed at a desk
- Lifting: occasional heavy items up to 50 pounds; cases and supplies moved with hand trucks
- Carrying: large cans and containers as needed
- Pushing/Pulling: moving trays and dollies
- Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder use for signs maintenance
