As an LPN/LVN, you will work collaboratively with our homecare team to deliver compassionate and effective care to children and adults. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in home settings.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operators, and families to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize Aveanna’s tablet technology for electronic documentation and communication.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring of vital signs and health status.
• Support patients with daily living activities and facilitate transitions between home and clinical settings.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact license must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component.
• Current TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
