MAU is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our client, Magna Decostar, in Piedmont, SC. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the Maintenance Department, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure equipment reliability while supporting production goals.

Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree in a related technical field (or six years of work-related experience in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years in a supervisory position
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Education and Experience
- Experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and manage daily assignments
- Strong problem-solving and trend analysis skills
- Ability to coordinate contractors and cross-functional teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Oversee the overall operation and supervisory duties of the Maintenance Department
- Participate in cross-functional teams for equipment purchases and new program launches
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and customer sign-off for new equipment
- Track and analyze maintenance trends; identify high-maintenance items and root causes of failures
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
- Perform urgent maintenance tasks and interface with process control team
- Maintain quality procedures and related documentation
- Coordinate contractor activities on-site
- Train and support maintenance team members
- Exposure to machinery and production areas
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks
- May involve lifting or moving equipment during installations or repairs
