* Job Responsibilities:

** Essential Functions of the Position:*** ## Gives directions and align associates on the shift to ensure they stay fully utilized. Be certain that the Press schedule is being met and notify appropriate persons if there is a problem.* ## Organizes and coordinates the activities of employees to ensure that productions and/or repairs conform to quality standards outlined by the company and/or customer requirements* ## Responsible for completion of all applicable paper work and computer inputs – Shift summary sheet, Down time system, Lot Traceability sheet, Crane check sheet, Destacker set-up sheet, Die set sheet, LPA, Layered Process sheet, QID sheet, etc.
* ## Manpower alignment to schedule and organize break rotation incl. filling in for Associates that are out* ## Assist Supervisors with tracking of attendance, vacation, overtime and performance appraisal issues* ## Train associates and ensure work instructions are being followed by all Associates on the line.* ## Recommend to supervisors when corrective action is needed* ## Perform other duties as required#
** Education and/or Experience (Required):*** ## Must have a High School Diploma or GED* ## 1 year prior metal working and press experience* ## Excellent verbal and written communication skills* ## Good mathematical, analytical and organizational skills* ## Six months to one year experience as press operator* ## SAP knowledge#
