* Job Responsibilities:

**** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:**
* ** Repair & Service Equipment:
** Adjust, repair, and test manufacturing equipment using hand and power tools to keep operations running at peak performance.
* ** Troubleshoot & Modify Systems:
** Diagnose issues and make improvements to boost efficiency and reliability—your ideas matter here!
* ** Perform Preventive Maintenance:
** Use manual or computerized systems to track repairs, maintenance, and predictive measures to prevent downtime.
* ** Handle Robotics & Electrical Systems:
** Apply basic troubleshooting skills for robotics and electrical circuits to keep automation on track.
* ** Ensure Quality & Safety:
** Operate and test machines during non-production hours to guarantee quality output and compliance with safety standards.
* ** Collaborate & Communicate:
** Work closely with production teams and other associates to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
** POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**** PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
*** 100% Standing, walking, and lifting
* Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds
* Must stand 8+ hours a day
*
* EDUCATION:

*** Technical Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent automated manufacturing experience required
* Certificates or formal training with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Kuka, and/or Fanuc preferred
** WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
*** 3-4 years experience with robotics and automation in a manufacturing setting.
