Repair Planner

Job Title:
Maintenance/Repair Planner

1st shift 7a-4pm

$33hr

• Review inspection reports
• Generate repair plan
• Translate plan into priced and costed
• Customer quotation
• Send quote to Sales, revise as needed
• Release repair instructions to shop
• Support shop with dispositions and guidance as needed
• Prepare drawings as needed.
• Release PO’s to vendors
• Prepare as shipped report

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial control systems.
• Hands‑on experience repairing industrial pumps or similar heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as vibration analyzers, multimeters, and hydraulic testing equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Piedmont, SC.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 – $33.00/hr.
