Quality Inspection Associate
Piedmont, AL | Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour | Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

What’s Expected- High school diploma or GED required; technical or quality certifications preferred
- 6+ months of previous experience in manufacturing quality inspection preferred, especially in automotive assembly
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects in parts and assemblies
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Steel-toes
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished assemblies for defects
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks on seats, arms, mirrors, and related components
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and templates to verify tolerances
- Document inspection results and report quality issues to supervisors immediately
- Assist production teams with identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records in compliance with company and customer requirements
- Follow established sampling plans and quality procedures
- Participate in internal audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area (5S standards)
