Piedmont, AL | Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour | Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or quality certifications preferred
• 6+ months of previous experience in manufacturing quality inspection preferred, especially in automotive assembly
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects in parts and assemblies
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications
• Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring equipment
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Steel-toes

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished assemblies for defects
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks on seats, arms, mirrors, and related components
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and templates to verify tolerances
• Document inspection results and report quality issues to supervisors immediately
• Assist production teams with identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain accurate inspection records in compliance with company and customer requirements
• Follow established sampling plans and quality procedures
• Participate in internal audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area (5S standards)
