• Efficient Delivery & Setup
  • Safely operate all fleet vehicles (box trucks, sprinter vans) and follow traffic laws and DOT regulations.
  • Load furniture and decor at the warehouse, secure loads properly.
  • Deliver and unload furniture to residential and commercial locations on schedule.
  • Set up furniture on-site, arranging items to create a polished look.
  • Hang art, mirrors, and wall décor using proper tools and techniques.
  • Communicate with dispatch and provide timely updates throughout the day.
  • Follow dispatcher directions to ensure efficient delivery routes.
  • Work with the designer onsite and report issues to the Delivery Manager.
• Vehicle & Inventory Management
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report maintenance needs.
  • Use a warehouse management system (WMS) or scanning device to verify products and track orders.
  • Physically load and remove products, keeping inventory records accurate.
  • Restock and organize tools, hardware, and supplies as directed.
• Quality & Customer Service
  • Clean and prepare furniture before delivery, ensuring pristine condition.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, updating them on delivery windows and addressing concerns.
  • Represent Vesta Home’s brand with courtesy and customer focus.
• Warehouse Assistance
  • Assist with inventory management, order picking, and staging products.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment in both the warehouse and on the road.
  • Support the Download and Cleaning department as directed, scanning items, inspecting for quality, applying coverings, and organizing.
• Adaptability & Flexibility
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Adapt to changes in routes, schedules, and customer needs with a positive attitude.
  • Conversational English required.

• Proficient with Dispatch Track platform for route management.
• Ability to take and submit photos before and after installation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices.
• Set up tools such as drills, hammers, and levels for furniture assembly and wall décor installation.

• Valid and clean driver's license with endorsements for box trucks.
• Conversational English required.
• Proven experience driving box trucks, delivering furniture, and setting up furniture.
• Strong physical ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items safely.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and road safety protocols.
• High attention to detail when setting up furniture.
• Excellent time‑management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training.
