The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing and distribution facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our growth in the competitive food industry.

• Production Management:
  Oversee all aspects of production, including blending, mixing, and packaging processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supply Chain Coordination:
  Manage procurement of raw materials and inventory control, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure compliance with SQF and HACCP protocols, maintaining high standards for product safety and quality.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization:
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of customized products.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in operations management within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in spices or related sectors.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance protocols, including SQF and HACCP.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
