Job Description SummaryThis position is actively posted for the West Coast region and may cover Phoenix, Denver, or Los Angeles territories. The successful candidate will manage sales and operations across assigned districts, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business and market strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Engage and motivate employees, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles.
- Provide sales leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through strong service delivery.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the territory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of district‑level management experience plus at least 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong product line knowledge and leadership/organizational skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor staff and manage profit and loss responsibilities.
The role requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more. Work may be conducted indoors or outdoors. Reasonable accommodations will be considered to comply with applicable laws.
