Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all marketing activities for the Alltemp business, aligning closely with the U.S. Marketing team on new product launches and commercialization. Develops Canada-specific promotions, collateral, and digital assets to support the sales team in driving share growth.

Responsibilities
  • Leads all Canadian marketing activities to support overall business objectives, ensuring alignment with the U.S. marketing strategy.
  • Localizes and executes marketing plans to meet Canadian market needs, including messaging, positioning, and promotional programs. Create localized marketing collateral such as sell sheets, presentations, digital assets, and sales tools tailored to Canadian customers.
  • Manages Canadian trade shows and events, ensuring cohesive brand representation.
  • Manages digital marketing efforts including localized website content, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
  • Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the Canadian HVAC/R landscape.
  • Works closely with the Canadian sales team to understand customer needs and develop marketing tactics that help acquire and retain customers.
  • Oversees budget planning and management for Canadian marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with Canadian regulations related to packaging, labeling, advertising, and bilingual (English/French) requirements when applicable.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 6–8 years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading full‑cycle product launches for packaged goods
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, tradeshow, social, email)
  • Hands‑on experience planning trade shows
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; preferred experience with Hubspot, Catsy, Wrike
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strategic thinker and proactive self‑starter with attention to detail
Inter-Relationships

Regular interaction with Canadian Sales Team, U.S. Marketing Team, Customer Service, Executive Leadership Team, external vendors, and Canadian HVAC/R distributors to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Work Environment:
This position works in an office setting with occasional visits to manufacturing and distribution sites across Europe. Regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, and printers.

Physical Demands:
Sitting frequently, Talking frequently, Typing frequently, Hearing frequently, Standing occasionally, Walking rarely, Repetitive motions rarely.

Physical Work:
Yes, 10-25 lbs (10-15%).

Travel Required:

Yes, 0-15%.
