Armor People Link is recruiting warehouse associates for our client based out in Pickering. Our client is a well‑established manufacturer and distributor of construction and land equipment based in Pickering, Ontario. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and team development, they are seeking long‑term associates who are serious about building a stable career in the industrial sector.

Morning

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Evening: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay rate is $18/hour from 3:30‑8 PM; after 8 PM to 12 AM an additional night premium of $2/hour applies, making 4 hours at $20/hour.

• Order picking, packing, put‑away in pick tower, wrapping and loading skids in trailer with a pump truck.
• Ensure inbound materials are received, inspected and put away to avoid stock‑out situations.
• Complete pre‑operational and post‑operational inspection of all equipment.
• Verify accuracy of order picked, including product name, size, etc.
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, and complete the paperwork accordingly.
• Ability to load and unload.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on your feet for 8‑hour shifts.
• Prior warehouse, production, or packaging experience is an asset.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive team attitude.
• Flexible to work in a highly fast‑paced working environment.
