BGV will be done for the selected candidates.
IT capabilities and experience with the following:
- Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating system support expertise
- Device security expertise including Antivirus systems expertise and Malware detection and cleaning tools
- Hardware support ( laptops, desktops, projectors and printers)
- Network Components and Peripherals – routers, switches, VPN concentrators, etc.
- Telephony systems (iPhone, Blackberry, Android)
- Ticketing system software
