Salary: Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 - $100,000 annually andwill commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
Job Type: Current opening for full-time 6-month contract with possibility of becoming full time permanent.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Work Model: This role is based in-office at our Pickering location, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the first three months (probationary period). Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the position will transition to a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days per week in the Pickering office.

About the Role
The Sr Campaign Manager plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital campaigns across paid media channels. Working in a fast-paced agency environment, this role manages multiple clients across different industries, using data, analytics, and platform expertise to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is client facing, strategic and technical. They must have strong platform experience in:
- Google Ads – Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube, remarketing
- Google Tag Manager – conversion and tracking setup
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Linked In Campaign Manager
- You Tube Ads (via Google Ads)
- Tik Tok Ads (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Owns campaign strategy, structure, and performance across paid/social digital channels
- Manages and optimizes Google Ads, including Search, Display, You Tube, and Performance Max
- Uses GA4, Tag Manager, and reporting tools to analyze performance and uncover insights
- Leads budget management, forecasting, and pacing to maximize ROI
- Provides strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Builds and maintains accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks
- Stays ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
- Troubleshoots performance issues and identifies growth opportunities
- Must be comfortable being client facing
A Sr Campaign Manager is both hands-on and strategic, balancing daily optimization with long-term planning while acting as a trusted expert for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing digital campaigns
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads
- Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
