• Provide on-site field oversight of construction activities within protected station areas, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and productivity standards are met.
• Participate in project and contractor pre-job meetings, conduct field walkdowns, and deliver coaching inputs to support safe and compliant execution.
• Support issue resolution by collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to address safety, technical, quality, and scheduling challenges.
• Review project schedules, contribute to look-ahead planning processes, and integrate closely with project and refurbishment program teams.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction oversight, field supervision, or work coordination within nuclear, energy generation, or heavy industrial environments.
• Valid security clearance with experience working in protected or regulated facility environments.
• Familiarity with nuclear work management, work protection, and scheduling processes, including exposure to systems such as AS9.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced field settings.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
