Key Deliverables
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects through all five phases (Identification to Closeout), ensuring delivery within strict safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Financial & Resource Planning: Develop detailed cost estimates, business case submissions for executive approval, and managed gate packages to secure and control project funding.
  • Contract & Procurement Oversight: Execute the end-to-end contracting process, including preparing bid packages, evaluating tenders, and managing vendor/contractor performance.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain rigorous control over project scope and change management, providing regular variance analysis and risk mitigation reports to senior leadership.

Experience Required

  • Heavy Industry Expertise: 6 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects, specifically within heavy industrial environments such as construction of industrial manufacturing or industrial heavy engineering.
  • Project Governance: Deep knowledge of phase-gating, WBS structures, and project management principles (PMBOK/governance-aligned).
  • Financial Acumen: Proven proficiency in cost accounting, economic forecasting, and managing the "triple constraint" (scope, cost, and schedule).
  • Stakeholder & Labor Relations: Experience negotiating with internal/external agencies for permits, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating labor requirements.
  • Educational Foundation: A 4-year degree in Engineering or Applied Science, supplemented by formal training in Project Management and Business Economics.
