Location:

Pickering (Hybrid)

• Designing reinforced concrete and steel structures for reactor buildings, turbine halls, auxiliary buildings, and service structures
• Developing foundation systems for heavy nuclear equipment
• Performing structural modelling using tools
• Conducting seismic analysis and structural response evaluations
• Designing structures to meet CNSC seismic qualification requirements
• Preparing design reports, calculations, and engineering justifications
• Producing technical specifications for civil/structural components)
• Writing design change packages (DCPs) and engineering change control documents
• Reviewing vendor engineering packages for compliance with nuclear standards
• Providing comments, technical clarifications, and acceptance recommendations
• Performing structural integrity evaluations using historical data, inspection reports, and modellings

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering;
• Experience in structural Steel calculation, understanding of ground movement, size mech design
• Experience in Nuclear civil work, ECC process would be an advantage
