As a Junior Series Lead based in Pickering, ON, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of complex construction and modification activities within our nuclear refurbishment programs. Working alongside engineering, construction, and project leadership, you will help ensure that work is well‑planned, technically sound, and fully aligned with project requirements.

- Plan series‑level work scopes and ensure all activities are fully executable in the field.
- Verify that Comprehensive Work Packages and associated documentation meet design and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction to align design, constructability, and execution planning.
- Coordinate Construction, Inspection and Test Plans to support quality and compliance needs.
- Support documentation control, QA/QC processes, and readiness‑to‑service (RTS) activities.
- Maintain strong communication with field teams, engineering, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate technical issues and design deviations to appropriate project leadership.
- Ability to interpret engineering and construction requirements with strong attention to detail.
- Aptitude for coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced project environment.
- Proficiency in planning tools, documentation management, and nuclear project workflows.
- Ability to support problem resolution and maintain effective communication across teams.
- Aptitude for applying engineering principles within complex construction or modification projects.
