• Lead field execution of nuclear projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between field teams and project management, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with trades, contractors, and engineering disciplines.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate resources, and drive hands-on problem resolution to maintain schedule adherence and operational excellence.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset while mentoring junior staff and supporting technical development initiatives.

Experience Required

• Extensive experience delivering projects within nuclear or highly regulated industrial environments, with strong field execution exposure.
• Demonstrated understanding of nuclear safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and construction or operational execution practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education;
  Professional Engineer designation or eligibility preferred, with experienced technologists also considered.
• Project Management certification such as PMP considered highly desirable.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills with the ability to mentor staff and foster collaborative, safety-focused teams.
