A

day in the life of a Partner Support Representative:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our Partners experience consistent quality.
  • Address Partner inquiries and requests via inbound calls and emails with prompt and effective responses.
  • Engage with Partners through probing questions to thoroughly understand and address their specific needs.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between our Partners and various departments at Lend Care.
  • Take accountability to solve partner issues from beginning to end.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Lend Care’s services.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or call center/contact center role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task, adapt to changes in a fast‑paced environment, and work independently.
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel); ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full‑time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $18.10/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
