Responsibilities

• Processing high-volume accounts payable invoices and ensuring timely payments.

• Managing accounts receivable functions, including collections and payment posting.

• Reconciling monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts.

• Assisting with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.

• Maintaining accurate digital filing systems for all financial documentation.

• Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Quick Books

• Experience with purchase orders, AP, and AR

• Familiarity with vendor management

• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Pickering, ON
