This important role is for fitness professionals comfortable meeting new people, assessing their needs, and confidently making offers to join our programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling money, communicates clearly and often, may have sales experience, is self‑motivated, and thrives in a client‑facing environment.

• Conduct complimentary in‑home fitness assessments and sell personal training packages.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in‑home training sessions.
• Build strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention.
• Participate in field marketing and community outreach.
• Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally while driving the territory.
• Manage schedule and appointments independently.
• Support future team growth as the business expands.

• Personal Trainer Certification (CPT/CPR) from an accredited organization or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness.
• Comfort with sales conversations and closing during assessments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
