Competitive Compensation:

• Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and sell personal training packages
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in-home training sessions
• Build strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention
• Participate in field marketing and community outreach
• Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally while driving the territory
• Manage schedule and appointments independently
• Support future team growth as the business expands

• Personal Trainer Certification (CPT/CPR) from an accredited organization or obtain within 60 days of hire
• Experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
• Comfort with sales conversations and closing during assessments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Availability for some evenings and weekends
