• Director of First Impressions: Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.
• Care Coordination: Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Pet Wellness Advocacy: Educate clients on preventative care and other services to ensure every pet receives excellent care.
• Compassion and Empathy: Provide a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care and respect.

• A minimum of three years of supervisory experience and at least one year of veterinary experience; prior management experience is required.
• A passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays is required.
