Director of Development and Marketing at Habitat for Humanity of Chester County Company Description

Habitat is reimagining what affordability looks like, seeking every opportunity to Build Affordability in Chester County.

Today’s housing landscape requires us to be nimble, adaptable, and innovative. By forging partnerships with for-profit builders, developers, private property owners, and county pilot programs, we can maximize every donor dollar and build more homes than ever before.

At Habitat for Humanity of Chester County, we believe that everyone deserves a stable, affordable place to call home. Each home we build or repair represents more than a roof over someone’s head.

It’s an investment in the community, providing stability for families and ensuring the workforce that powers our schools, hospitals, and local businesses can live where they work.

Habitat fosters long-term economic growth and strengthens neighborhoods by creating opportunities for families to thrive.

Every dollar we spend investing in building affordable housing for our community returns $10 to the local community.

Some early mornings, evenings, and weekends are expected to accommodate donor meetings and events.

This role is part of a collegial, mission-driven team that values trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Our staff genuinely care about one another and share a deep commitment to our work and to each other’s success.
