• Provide strategic and day‑to‑day oversight of manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.

• Guide, develop, and mentor production teams, reinforcing accountability and a strong safety culture.

• Evaluate workflows, systems, and equipment performance to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or printing operations, Roland custer­production leadership.

• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop production teams.

• Working knowledge of flexographic or lithographic printing processes.

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• A grounded, steady leader who balances urgency with precision.
