What You’ll DoProvide strategic and day‑to‑day oversight of manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.
Guide, develop, and mentor production teams, reinforcing accountability and a strong safety culture.
Evaluate workflows, systems, and equipment performance to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot operational issues, applying data and practical experience to drive effective solutions.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or printing operations, Roland custerproduction leadership.
Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop production teams.
Working knowledge of flexographic or lithographic printing processes.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A grounded, steady leader who balances urgency with precision.
