Job SummaryFull‑time position working 7 consecutive days followed by 7 consecutive days off. Shift schedule:
Wednesday – Tuesday, 9:00 pm – 7:00 am (weekend hours 9:00 pm – 8:00 am). Primary responsibilities include compounding medications, accurately dispensing prescribed medications, providing consultative services to internal and external constituents on medication therapy, interactions, and expectations, as well as documenting clinical activities and outcomes.
