Job Description: In this role, the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.
Schedule Details: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling)
Location: Phoenixville, PA
Program: Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Program
Pay Rate: $30 /hour Billable Rate

- Conduct formal clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with legal and forensic systems.
- Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services as needed.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Participate in all required individual and peer supervision
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
- 1 year in behavioral health, with direct substance use and outpatient therapy experience.
- Licensure: LPC preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus); co-occurring certification encouraged - clinical supervision available
- Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks;
