Clinical Pharmacist NE – Phoenixville Hospital – Tower Health Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist validates accuracy and appropriateness of medication orders, compounds medications, and accurately provides prescribed medications according to professional standards, practices, and specific indications or orders. The pharmacist provides consultative services to internal and external system constituents regarding medications, interactions, and other drug related information. The pharmacist follows defined medication related protocols, policies, and procedures, documents clinical activities and applicable outcomes, and maintains satisfactory working relationships with pharmacy leadership, pharmacy staff, and other hospital departments, committees, and administrators.
Places a strong emphasis on patient care with the patient as the highest priority and central focus in all endeavors and undertakings.
Part‑Time Day Shift Position – 16 hours per pay period. Weekend and Holiday rotations required.
Qualifications- Education Requirements
- Doctorate Degree OR combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate Degree.

- Board eligible for Pennsylvania licensure may be accepted in lieu of actual license; PA Pharmacist License required within 4 months of hire date.
