Warehouse Splits Associate is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities. This position is responsible for demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity driven environment. This position will be required to proficiently pull split labels for orders, ensuring correct quantity and quality of product.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Meet company standards for productivity
- Pull splits labels for orders
- Keep the repack room neat, organized, sanitized and remove poor quality product from repack room
- Run any products needing attention
- Replenish 5# bag Stock & Cleaning Tomatillos
- Ensure the correct quantity of product (double check quality of your work)
- Keep soft product on top of heavy products (follow loading and unloading procedures)
- Follow daily inventory control procedures (First in first out)
- Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out (This includes all coolers; pick up trash; sweeping floor and back dock area and empty trash as needed)
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing duties
- Find ways to improve and or increase productivity
- Follow all HACCP, SQF and OSHA rules and regulations
- Stand for long periods of time
- Able to frequently lift product
- Basic reading and math skills
Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen)
1 yr. warehouse experience (preferably in produce industry)
Additional InformationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
The schedule is 5 to 6 days a week/paid Hourly. Hours vary from 40-48. We work every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years.
