Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $26.22 and $30.67 per hour. This role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, shift differential, and freezer premium.

Day Shift. Start times: 8am & 11am. Sunday‑Friday availability. Saturdays off. Work until finished.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders; build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets directed by order‑selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage‑free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisle, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

• Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from
  -5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ pounds of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job‑related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.
• Able to work 8+ hour shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday; weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high‑endurance or highly physical activities or roles preferred, e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
