As a Returns Operations Associate with Adecco, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that returned goods are processed quickly and efficiently. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with systematic inventory control responsibilities.
Pay: $19/hr to start
Monday
- Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Conduct regular inventory checks on returned items to ensure alignment with ERP/WMS systems.
- Manage inventory adjustments and updates in warehouse systems based on return outcomes (e.g., return to customer, refurbish, destroy).
- Physically sort and process returned packages with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support inventory integrity by accurately logging returned product quantities, conditions, and final dispositions.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goods.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve return workflows.
- Utilize RF scanners or software systems to update product locations and inventory counts.
- ERP system knowledge
- Prior inventory control or warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with ATF systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
