Return Ops Associate

As a Returns Operations Associate with Adecco, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that returned goods are processed quickly and efficiently. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with systematic inventory control responsibilities.

Pay: $19/hr to start

Monday
- Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

• Conduct regular inventory checks on returned items to ensure alignment with ERP/WMS systems.
• Manage inventory adjustments and updates in warehouse systems based on return outcomes (e.g., return to customer, refurbish, destroy).
• Physically sort and process returned packages with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Support inventory integrity by accurately logging returned product quantities, conditions, and final dispositions.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goods.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve return workflows.
• Utilize RF scanners or software systems to update product locations and inventory counts.

• ERP system knowledge
• Prior inventory control or warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with ATF systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
