Return Ops Associate

As a Returns Operations Associate with Adecco, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that returned goods are processed quickly and efficiently. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with systematic inventory control responsibilities.

** Pay:**  $19/hr to start

- Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Conduct regular inventory checks on returned items to ensure alignment with ERP/WMS systems.

+ Manage inventory adjustments and updates in warehouse systems based on return outcomes (e.g., return to customer, refurbish, destroy).

+ Physically sort and process returned packages with attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Support inventory integrity by accurately logging returned product quantities, conditions, and final dispositions.

+ Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goods.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve return workflows.

+ Utilize RF scanners or software systems to update product locations and inventory counts.

** Requirements:*
* + ERP system knowledge

+ Prior inventory control or warehouse experience

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).

+ Familiarity with ATF systems is a plus.
