We are seeking an IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure secure, compliant handling of electronic equipment, and support client relationships. This role will work across Arizona, California, Tennessee, and Texas, with local or regional pickups of decommissioned IT equipment in a 26’ box truck. Overnight travel may be required.

• 2+ years’ relevant experience in logistics/warehouse management.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Prior ITAD experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail with swift execution.
• Customer focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to support others.
• Ability to work independently with consistent communication.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, email.
• Ability to use pallet jack, forklift, and baler; willing to learn.

• Safely load, transport, and unload goods.
• Maintain daily communication via phone and email.
• Perform vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate travel and inventory records.
• Keep company vehicles and storage areas clean and compliant.
• Support logistics team via monthly ride‑alongs.
