General Warehouse Associate – NPAworldwide
Location:
Phoenix, AZ
A confidential defense distribution operation is hiring dependable General Warehouse Associates to support picking, packing, loading/unloading, and inventory control in a high‑volume environment. You'll work safely, follow SOPs, and help keep product moving to meet daily goals.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, stage, and load/unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks (forklift a plus) and maintain clean, hazard‑free aisles
- Count, label, and verify inventory; complete basic logs and scanners (RF)
- Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards; assist with other duties as assigned
- Credential:
Vantage Clear credential or an active U.S. Security Clearance (any level) required; recognized industry‑standard equivalents accepted - Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work around moving equipment
- Reliable attendance, teamwork, and basic English reading/speaking for safety and documentation
- 6+ months warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
- RF scanner and/or forklift experience (certification a plus)
Comprehensive package may include medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short‑term disability, 401(k) and paid time off.
CompensationHourly: $18 – $28 per hour (USD)
