Logistics Coordinator- CDL

The Logistics Coordinator assists with the coordination, receipt, organization, and work area of all materials, equipment, and company tools. The coordinator works with field managers and utilizes different software platforms to verify inventory. The role requires operating forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lift platforms and holding a valid CDL.

• Keep materials organized in designated laydown.
• Maintain inventory of stocked materials.
• Receive ordered materials as they arrive on‑site or in the warehouse.
• Deliver materials from laydown or warehouse to specific job site locations as requested by field leadership.
• Offload and deliver equipment to requested workstations.
• Track and maintain all equipment.
• Submit requests for repairs and maintenance of company equipment and tools.

• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Strong warehouse and inventory coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb up and down a ladder safely.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Committed to a minimum of 40‑hour work weeks.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse management, or construction logistics. CDL license required. Additional qualifications such as forklift or aerial lift certification are preferred.
