Job Summary: Reporting to the shift Warehouse Lead or Logistics Manager, this position is primarily responsible for pulling, packing, and shipping material from the distribution facility to customers, vendors, or other NEFCO distribution facilities.

• Maximize sales potential through effective procedures for pulling, packing, and shipping all products leaving the warehouse.
• Verify actual products received against items listed in RF technology or ERP system.
• Load trucks and operate work devices such as forklifts, cherry pickers, or sorting bins.
• Operate machinery, including forklifts, in a safe and proper manner.
• Confirm product integrity and ensure products are placed with correct and appropriate shipping labels and outbound trucks.
• Communicate consistently with management and branch personnel.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use warehouse layouts for planning purposes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have a positive, hard‑working attitude.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in various climate conditions such as cold, heat, or humidity for a long period.
• Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and twist for lifting.
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to review and interpret computer images and written documents.
• Non‑exempt position, eligible for overtime.
