Warehouse Material Manager

Overview

Sun Door and Trim, Inc. is looking for an experienced, hard working, reliable, honest and skilled Warehouse Material Manager in Phoenix, AZ.

• Load and unload all inbound and outbound freight
• Receive all inbound freight into purchase order status and computer system in a timely manner
• Issue all materials to job orders both physically and into computer system
• Follow Quality Assurance procedures
• Coordinate Will Calls and Deliveries
• Drive company vehicles for deliveries when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely inventory
• Maintain accurate and organized records for Shipping, Receiving and Quality Assurance
• Maintain vehicle/forklift maintenance logs
• Coordinate vehicle/forklift repairs
• Other duties as needed to meet company goals and deadlines
• Be able to understand and follow company policies and procedures
• Works overtime when deemed necessary by Manager
• Occasionally work in high places, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, exposure to variable temperatures
• Must be able to provide detailed time tracking /reporting for job costing
• Manage the Warehouse/materials/shipping-(no other employees to manage)

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Must have Warehouse experience!
• Must have experience with fork lift, pallet jack, warehouse racking
• Must be very organized
• Possess strong follow through skills and detail oriented with a sense of urgency
• Be a self-starter, self-motivator with the willingness to become part of the team.
• Familiar with computers
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Current unrestricted drivers license
• Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply
• Effectively communicates, understands oral instructions, read and interpret documents in English

• Hours are 6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday Thursday and 6:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Friday
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, because we highly value our employees, we offer a wide variety of benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid vacation time, and paid sick time.
