• Watering and planting plants; operating forklifts and farm tractors; loading and unloading plants.
• Inventory and cleaning tasks.
• Driving a delivery vehicle to transport products between locations and to customers, following directions and safety rules.
• Maintain housing and work area clean and safe; report problems promptly.
• Work during varied field conditions: early morning, afternoon start times, rain, high humidity, temperatures ranging from 35°F to 100+°F.
• Work on feet in bent position for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Perform repetitive movements, pushing and pulling; may perform incidental farming tasks.

• Driver license from your country (with a valid Arizona Motor Vehicle Driver License to be obtained).
• Ability to learn English and comply with all Arizona law and MVD requirements.
• Visually able and physically able to lift at least 50 lbs, possessing multi‑limb coordination while standing, walking, and climbing.
• Full understanding and compliance with food safety rules, excellent personal hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Must cleanse hands by washing thoroughly with soap and water after bathroom use and before entering fields.
• Ready to wear own work clothes and perform field work in dirty, dusty, damp conditions.
