Pay Range: $20-$24 hourly + uncapped commission through the Driver Recruiter (Inside Sales) Commissions Program.

• Experience in customer service or recruiting — especially in a fast‑paced,
  sales‑focused environment
• Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
