Overview
This is not a typical valet job. At Elevate 12 Oaks Parking
, we elevate people to drive happiness. Working here often feels like running a small business. The days can be long. The challenges can be real. The reward is contributing to something larger than yourself with an exceptional team beside you. We expect hustle, grit, passion, and ownership. You will be trusted with responsibility, expected to improve constantly, and held accountable to our Values.
You will also hold your teammates accountable. Our Values are not slogans. They are how we operate, make decisions, and create impact. If you are looking for a large, slow-moving organization or a safe but boring job where you can clock in and coast, this is not the place for you. Please do not keep reading. We will both be better off.

Pause and ask yourself:
- Do I consistently show up on time, prepared, and ready to work?
- Do I stay focused and present, even during long, busy shifts?
- Do I enjoy physical work and staying active for extended periods?
- Do I take pride in being reliable and owning my responsibilities?
- Am I comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting quickly?
If you hesitated on several of these, this role is probably not the right fit. That is okay. We would rather be honest up front.
