We are looking for a reliable and skilled Crane Driver/Operator to join our team and support our roofing projects.

The Crane Driver/Operator will be responsible for safely operating and driving a boom truck/crane to deliver and lift roofing materials to rooftops. This role requires attention to safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and strong teamwork to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

• Operate and drive a crane/boom truck to transport and lift roofing materials.
• Ensure loads are secured and materials are safely placed on rooftops.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on the crane to ensure proper function.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew, roofers, and supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
• Keep accurate logs of deliveries, inspections, and equipment use.

• Valid CDL (Class B or higher) with clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card Clearance.
• Active NCCCO Crane Operator Certification required with a TSS crane type listed on card or verified online.
• Experience operating boom trucks/cranes in construction or roofing environments.
• Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and a strong team player.

• Active NCCCO Certification with TSS crane.
• Valid DOT Class A CDL drivers license with a clean MVR.
• Current DOT Medical Card clearance.
