Transportation Program Manager – Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $23.00/hour
Job DescriptionDistrict Manager – $23/hour, Full Time.
Responsibilities- Operate a small transportation program and van fleet.
- Drive as needed, train staff, manage payroll, and schedule drivers.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and conduct vehicle inspections.
- Interview and onboard new drivers.
- Provide customer service and ensure drivers adhere to safety policies.
- Travel within the state as required.
- Collaborate with HPH Senior leadership and client location leadership.
- Experience in transportation preferred.
- Management/supervisory experience required.
- Technologically savvy.
- Hard‑working and motivated.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Full Time).
