Location:

South Yard – 2225 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009.

Starting pay: $21.22, progressing to $31.51 over five years.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes, schedules, and stringent safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Perform comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical (Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, are not authorized for any reason under DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 40).

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outdoors, often in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 h per day); walk long distances and on slippery or uneven surfaces.
• Push, pull, lift, and occasionally kneel or crouch for up to 50 lbs.
• Withstand heavy traffic and exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
