We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trucking Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate the scheduling and routing of freight shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch operations, communicating with drivers and maintaining compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

• • Dispatching & Scheduling:
  Assign loads to drivers, plan efficient routes and monitor trip progress to ensure timely deliveries
• • Communication & Coordination:
  Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers and shippers to resolve any issues or delays.
• • Load Management:
  Track freight schedules, confirm pick-up and delivery times and ensure loads are dispatched according to customer requirements.
• • Compliance & Documentation:
  Ensure drivers comply with DOT regulations, company policies and safety protocols while maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities.
• • Technology Utilization:
  Use dispatch software, GPS tracking systems and other tools to optimize fleet operations and efficiency.
• • Customer Service:
  Address customer inquiries, provide updates on shipment status and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
• • Reporting & Record-Keeping:
  Maintain logs of driver activities, fuel usage and other operational data for reporting and compliance purposes.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or a related field is a plus).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, trucking or logistics operations.
• Proven experience as a Trucking Dispatcher or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, freight scheduling and route optimization.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
