Job DescriptionThe Flight Coordinator manages all logistics associated with the safe, efficient and profitable execution of the company’s flights. The position requires a basic knowledge of FAA regulations, understanding of domestic and international aircraft operations, excellent communication skills, multi‑tasking ability and a strong ethic of teamwork.
ScheduleThe schedule consists of alternating shifts: days one week, evenings the following week. Days off are determined during training for the position.
LocationThis is not a remote position. Candidates will report for duty at our Phoenix (Deer Valley) AZ office.

- Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from origin to destination (flight following).
- Ensure all ground handling, de‑icing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/overfly permits are in order before releasing a flight.
- Identify, anticipate and take corrective action to minimize actual or potential delays from scheduling operations, crew legality and maintenance issues.
- Become proficient with ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS).
- Confirm handling for aircraft at airports as scheduled.
- Complete and send trip sheets to crew.
- Complete flight releases.
- Monitor flight crew duty limitations and rest requirements.
- Arrange hotel rooms and rental cars for crew members.
- Manage a high volume of continual email traffic while responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of experience in charter operations or hold an FAA dispatcher license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills – detail‑oriented, prioritization, proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan, prioritize workload and possess excellent multi‑tasking abilities.
- Quality decision‑making skills.
