Build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure a healthy pipeline of clients, and provide exceptional fitness experience to members.

• Ensure daily targets are met, especially when the Fitness Manager is absent.
• Promote personal training packages, building rapport with members.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for personal training and small group sessions.
• Support new member onboarding with the membership sales team.
• Conduct welcome workouts to evaluate fitness needs.
• Guide new members through initial club experience, promoting engagement.
• Coach personal trainers via regular sessions and support.
• Communicate expectations and procedures to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications.

• 2-3 years customer service experience.
• 1 year sales experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Interest or experience in fitness industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and organized.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

• Pass background check.
• Valid Personal Training certification.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in gym setting and lift >40 lbs.
• Use company computer system for documents and data entry.
