As a lifeguard, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of everyone in and around the pool. You’ll maintain constant supervision, enforce all water safety rules, and respond swiftly to any emergencies.

This role requires current Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications, and you may be asked to complete a pre‑employment skills test. You’ll report to the Deck or Site Supervisor and work collaboratively with the team to uphold Kidtastics’ high safety standards.

We offer paid training, a fun team environment, and opportunities to grow your skills in water safety and supervision. This is a part‑time position with required afternoon/evening and weekend availability.

• Ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
• Remain alert, attentive, and professional during the entire shift.
• Follow and enforce all safety and facility guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with staff, families, and students.
• Be a dependable team player who supports the mission of Kidtastics.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety refreshers.

• Current Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Caring, respectful attitude toward children and families.
• Ability to stay focused in warm, humid, and sometimes noisy environments for extended periods.
• Quick, calm, and confident response in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to at least one year of employment, including weekends.
