Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Backend-Focused)

$125K–$140K base + 10% bonus

We’re building and modernizing a fully AWS-native platform that powers mobile applications, customer-facing portals, enterprise integrations, and large-scale operational systems. This isn’t maintenance work — it’s architectural evolution in a high-impact environment.

You’ll design and scale distributed systems in a heavily serverless AWS stack, partner directly with business leaders, and help drive modernization initiatives across cloud and AI-integrated platforms.

This is a role for engineers who want ownership, influence, and technical depth.

• Architect and build scalable microservices in a fully AWS serverless environment
• Design APIs that power mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise integrations
• Leverage Lambda, S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, Glue, and related services at scale
• Contribute to architectural modernization and re-platforming efforts
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to raise technical standards
• Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Support CI/CD, reliability, and production readiness

• Strong, hands-on AWS serverless expertise (Lambda, S3, Dynamo

• Experience designing distributed microservices and API-first architectures
• Backend depth in Python or Node.js
• Experience balancing scalability, cost, latency, and reliability trade-offs
