Data Engineer

We’re looking for a product-oriented Data Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative Agile environment. If you enjoy partnering daily with product teams, engineers, and end-users to ship reliable, well-tested data solutions, this role is for you.

As part of a modern product engineering SCRUM team, you’ll build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines, improve data quality, and contribute to high-impact features that support real-world operational workflows.

• Build scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies
• Write clean, test-driven C# and Python code for data transformations
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product partners in daily standups, refinements, and design sessions
• Contribute to product-focused solutions, not just ETL tasks
• Ensure disciplined Git/Git Hub workflows (Git Flow), code reviews, and CI/CD best practices
• Communicate clearly and directly with technical and non-technical teams
• Help evolve our data architecture, quality practices, and engineering standards

• Strong hands-on skills in Python and/or C#
• Solid experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and SQL solutions
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/XP) and working inside a product engineering team
• Experience with TDD, automated testing, and high-quality code delivery
• Excellent communication and the ability to move quickly with cross-functional teams
• Strong Git/Git Hub habits (branches, PRs, reviews, Git Flow)
• A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
